Lavender Salad Dressing

Here's a lovely dressing for your BBQ.

tbsp = tablespoon = 15 ml

12 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp. mustard (honey is my favourite)
4 tbsp. lavender
2 tbsp. culinary lavender buds, pulverized

Blend all ingredients in glass preferabel with a lit.
Store in a in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
This will keep one week in the refrigerator.
